How the Oceania Cruises military discount works

Oceania does not have a military fare of its own. Our discount provides one. We price your stateroom or suite at Oceania's lowest available rate, keep the promotion Oceania is running, and then take at least 5% off the cruise fare on top.

Our military pricing is not always visible on a public booking screen, so the easiest way to see it is to call or request a quote. The discount applies to the cruise fare only, not taxes, port fees, or air. Select sailings may also come with onboard credit or other amenities, and our consortium memberships add extra perks on many Oceania voyages.

Who is eligible

Every branch and every era is welcome. The discount extends to the people you travel with as well.

• Military and veteran spouses, including surviving and divorced spouses
• Family and friends traveling with an eligible guest, even in separate suites

What Oceania includes, and what it does not

Oceania is an upper-premium line rather than a fully all-inclusive one, which makes it a strong value for travelers who care most about food and destinations. Knowing what is and is not included helps you compare it fairly against lines like Seabourn or Regent.

Ships, dining, and destinations

Oceania's larger ships are Marina, Riviera, Vista, and Allura, each carrying roughly 1,200 guests with balconies in most staterooms. Its smaller ships, Regatta, Insignia, Nautica, and Sirena, carry far fewer guests and can call at ports that bigger ships skip.

Cuisine is the heart of the brand. Celebrated chef Jacques Pepin has long shaped Oceania's menus, and the larger ships feature a hands-on cooking school where guests can take culinary classes at sea. Itineraries are port-intensive and often run longer than a week, covering the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, South America, and the South Pacific.
